SkimIt distills the newsletters and blogs you choose into a clean scroll of takeaways, and lets you save insights to a personal library. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your email address — used only to sign you in (passwordless magic link).
- The sources you follow and insights you save — so we can build your feed, Foundations, and Library.
- Basic usage needed to operate the service.
We do not read your personal email inbox, and we do not sell your data.
Service providers we use
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Anthropic (Claude) — generates the summaries from the public posts you follow.
- Vercel — hosting.
- SendGrid — sends your sign-in links and receives newsletters forwarded to your SkimIt inbox.
- Notion — only if you choose to connect it. We access just the page/database you authorize, and store a token so we can write your saved insights there. You can disconnect at any time, which removes that token.
Your choices
You can remove sources, delete saved insights, disconnect Notion, or ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing danny.eric.goodman@gmail.com.
